My major disagreement is with being expected to accept injections from strangers. I feel a lot more comfortable when I have some form of prior experience and familiarity with who is injecting me. Other than that I find the experience of cmht to be adequate. Some staff have excelled in demonstrating care and compassion, others less so. I commend my support nurse, she has been a rock to me.

Suggested improvements
Respect people’s discomfort and fears around injections and provide a fixed nurse for this for patients who express symptoms of paranoia. I don’t like being used as a pin cushion for trainees

Doctors don’t listen or care duty officer Ned is the only one I have found to care or understand

Because staff were friendly on arrival but appointment time was late leaving us feeling a little frustrated and late for other errands

Try to keep to appointment times and I know it’s difficult for the receptionist but allocating time to solely talking to you at the deck when you arrive rather than talking on the phone and to other members of staff which would make you feel supported and important from the moment you step through the door

The support and care our son received was excellent. We are really blessed to have a team of hard working professionals focused and disciplined to help people who need it the most like our son.

Suggested improvements
I wish if the teams could have continued on for a longer period with our son. He really enjoyed his time with Amy and Dr Andes his care coordinator and doctor and they helped him to get better.
